As I get older, I’ve had more trouble with my feet, arches and heels in particular. I’ve spent as much as $140 on tennis shoes covering the usual accepted brands Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Skechers. They are good for about 3 weeks to help the foot pain, but I usually end up putting an extra insole or other support after that time. So I decided to try something cheap to see if there was a difference for me. I bought a pair of “Athletic Works” tennis shoes at Wal-Mart.

I have come to the decision I am horrible at blog titles. Terrible. I look back now and say, Holy Crap what was I thinking! Maybe cause I start with the title, then I try to match the content.
