Flat Earth
Using a coupon I tried a new product last week, “Flat Earth Apple Cinnamon Grove” crisps.
The description on the back doesn’t do it justice: A blend on rice, potato and apple. These are baked fruit crisps, the also advertise 1/2 serving of real fruit in every ounce. I thought they were tasty and let two teenage girls try them. The healthy eater out of the two liked them the other child said too much fruit.
I will purchase them again.

Is There Such a Thing as a Free Lunch?
Is There Such a Thing as a Free Lunch? 13 November 2008 by Tracey Smith Or even a cheap lunch come to that? A survey commissioned for the Love Food Hate Waste campaign suggests that British workers are shelling out £5.5bn on shop-bought lunches each year, while they leave almost the same value of perfectly good lunch foods at home to go off. Ham, bread, cheese, cold meats and other typical sandwich and lunchbox foods such as fruit, crisps and yoghurts are forgotten and eventually binned,
Heh: Council Bans Term "British" as Offensive as "Negroes"
—Ace As offensive? More I'd say. I can't think of too many more derogatory terms myself, what with the bad teeth and experimentation with pederasty and so forth. So I'm happy to see this hateful word "British" banned, and with it, all its connotations of chocolate-mouthed dandymen trying to solicit chubby schoolboys with cigarettes and crisps. The word British can be as offensive as negro and half-caste, according to a race relations body. The publicly-funded organisations views have
CoS takes in the fun of Fun Fun Fun Festival (Saturday, November 8th)
Nearly one hundred of the world’s most sought-after independent rock, punk, DJ, and hip hop musicians descended into the heart of Austin for the the third annual “anti-festival,” the Fun Fun Fun Festival this past weeekend. Generally, one wouldn’t expect a festival with a capacity of just 7,000, taking place in Waterloo Park among crisps temperatures ranging from 50 to 80 degrees, could hold its own in the age of the summer mega-festival, especially in the same town that offers ACL, but with fo

Tea for Two-sday ~ Lacy Cheddar Crisps
For today's tea posting, I'm giving you the recipe for a snack that is included in my Thanksgiving Menu. But I have also served it with tea. This picture was taken of my attempt at using a 6-cheese blend. It really works best and comes out prettiest with sharp cheddar cheese - much crispier, too. These can be used for an appetizer, but are also nice as a savory offering with tea. They are a nice, delicate cheddar snack. Lacy Cheddar Crisps 1 and 1/2 cups (6 oz) packaged shredded sharp cheddar

Two great beermats for two great British products; Bass Brewery and Smiths Potato Crisps.Smiths Potato Crisps Company Ltd was a family business, formed in 1920 to bring crisps to the British masses. Mrs Smith washed, cut and fried the potatoes in the couple's North London garage. Frank Smith packaged them in greaseproof paper bags, added a twist of salt to flavour and then sold them from his pony and trap around London. It's rumoured that during World War II, the women packing the blue sachets o
