Caribou Coffee bars
While looking for the perfect snack, I came across a new granola bar. My husband can’t have nuts, so I have to be careful what I buy in the form of granola.
The product I found is by General Mills called “Caribou Coffee” granola bars. I bought the Chocolate Mocha flavored bars. They advertised a good source of whole grain and calcium. There were six bars to the box at $2.32. 140 calories and 3.5g fat per bar.
I really liked them as I could definitely taste the coffee. They reminded me of a mocha cookie my Mom used to make. [...]

A 23-year-old college graduate, he came to study land reform and cooperative organizations in the northern city of Chinandega. On a visit to the coffee-growing hills above San Lucas, Rice cultivated what would
Oh Hey, I’m the Coffee Fairy
Every morning, before my eyes are even open, I think about coffee. It’s my main focus until I can get that heavenly caffeine pulsing through my veins. Many a cold Canadian morning, I’ve often dreamt lazily about a coffee fairy making the coffee for me. (Mostly because I’m too lazy to set it up at night for the timer.) Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine this Beetlejuice-esque freak of nature would be the fairy of my dreams. NOTE: NSFW or KIDS. Click at your own visual peril. Cou
How to Design the Birthday Gifts for Mom

Cold Weather Means Time To Help The Birds
Not all birds head south for the winter. While we see the geese flying south, there are many birds who stay in our backyards and battle through the frigidly cold Canadian winters. While many people are happy to have seeds put out for birds during the summertime so that they can enjoy the sounds of birds while they drink coffee on the deck, they don’t seem to do the same in the winter. Perhaps it is because we spend our time indoors during the winter, but for whatever reason, when birds need the
